Install and sign in

Get the Mac app from the download page, drag it into Applications and open it. Register or log in with your email and password; passwords need 6 to 128 characters. Your product account and Douyin accounts are managed separately.

Connect your room

Enter a Douyin room number or link. Scan to sign in to Douyin first, or connect without signing in. To wait for a stream to start, turn on loop monitoring in the connection card's advanced settings.

• Up to five independent room slots, each connected and recorded separately.
• Loop monitoring needs the app running, online, and your Mac awake.

On stream: read and reply

Filter by type, keyword or nickname, and pause scrolling to look closer. In Voice & Replies, turn on auto reply and the current room's switch to see reply ideas under comments.

• Reply ideas are never posted to the stream automatically.
• Before turning on library reference, search your library to check its content.

After the stream: review and export

Switch to Gifts & Review to see this session's gifts and viewers, and browse the last seven days by host. Export the session as JSON, or a history PDF with the fields you choose.

• Make sure the records you need are saved before quitting or starting a new collection.
